Episode 11 Fussy Art Gallery.
Dear Mr. Pankaj Khanna,
Thank you very much for appointing Legsy as Footnote Officer. The Ministry is deeply impressed by your exemplary promptness in making this appointment. In these times of governmental procrastination, such administrative efficiency is nothing short of revolutionary.
We are confident that Legsy will prove to be an invaluable asset to the Ministry—quite literally, since every respectable footnote must have a leg to stand on.
With this historic appointment, the Ministry of Lexicomedy is now a complete four-person institution, fully equipped to undertake the gigantic mission of spreading this newly discovered literary genre across the entire world—and, if necessary, beyond the world, subject to visa clearance.
Mr. Khanna, please encourage Legsy to spend some quality time with you and acquire a deeper understanding of Maths, English and Lexicomedy. A Footnote Officer without mathematics is merely footloose; one without English is footnoteless; and one without Lexicomedy is, frankly, just a leg.
Pak Jan Aunty, meanwhile, is doing a spectacular job creating Lexitoons and Anagrams. The Ministry strongly recommends that she continue constructing witty anagrams—but advises her, with the utmost bureaucratic affection, to resist the temptation to draw her own Lexitoons.
After all, she belongs to the Silent Generation and should therefore silently listen to the Ministry's advice.
She already knows the fundamental constitutional principle of the Silent Generation:
LISTEN is an anagram of SILENT.
Need we say more?
It would therefore be immensely gratifying to see her devote her considerable artistic talents exclusively to drawing my Lexitoons and caricatures, while I shall continue, in accordance with long-established ministerial tradition, to provide the necessary photographic raw material.
The Ministry shall, of course, be delighted to admire, applaud and officially certify her creativity.
The body, legs and feet of the epistles are now clearly sorted out. Henceforth, all letters shall ceremoniously conclude with Lexitoons drawn on me and for me.
These masterpieces shall subsequently be collected, catalogued, archived and exhibited in a magnificent gallery currently under construction.
Its proposed name:
THE FUSSY ART GALLERY
A fitting institution where Fussy's artistic vision meets Pankaj's facial infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Mr. Khanna, you may dust off the long-pending discussion on Tharoorgeoisie and prepare yourself for intellectual combat from next week.
We have an entire conceptual empire to finalise—its definition, dimensions, taxonomy, metrics, measurement units, etymology, pronunciation, applications, limitations, possible Nobel implications and, naturally, its relationship with Lexicomedy.
The Ministry expects all aspects of Tharoorgeoisie to be finalised ASAP.
Please note that ASAP in Ministry terminology means:
As Soon As Pankaj stops laughing and starts writing.
Yours lexically,

Legsy Notes
Fortunately, Fussy has chosen to write her letter in simple, legible English—a language that can be understood even by the most advanced members of the Leximoron community.
Except for one word: Plenipotentiary. It means a person and especially a diplomatic agent invested with full power to transact business.
So, for once, my services are hardly required. There is very little to explain to the lexically weaker section. Even my footnotes can take a foot-rest!
All I can say, finally:
Fussy has the vision.
Pankaj has the words.
Pak Jan has the pencil.
And I have the legs.
With vision, words, pencil and legs all working together, there is only one possible conclusion:
Lexicomedy is going places!
And fortunately, I already have the legs to take it there. 😄

Footnotes and Footprints of Pak Jan
Do you know the anagram of Khanna?
It is:
Kha Nan
Pronounced exactly as “Khaa Naan” — खा नान!
Now comes the great Lexicomedy question:
Is Nan in Khanna, or is Khanna in Nan?
No difference.
In-presume! 😄 ( Another Neo-logism!)
Just look at that gluttonous face above and you will realise that the ultimate objective of his life is apparently just one thing:
KHANA!
So, what could be a more appropriate surname?
Khanna by name.
Kha-Nan by anagram.
Khana by destiny.
Even his surname seems to be telling him:
“Kha, Khanna, Kha!”
